How many F2 Loyalty Bonus Points do I have?

PIGGY terminal in our shop to view your points.
Login with your email address or Piggy Card.

Option 4:
On request we will inform you about the status of the F2 Loyalty Bonus Points you have saved.

Redeem F2 Loyalty Bonus Point
- If the (desired) number of F2 Loyalty Bonus Points is reached, these can be redeemed during a next purchase/visit, for Discounts and/or special Bonus Points offers.

When buying in store
You can redeem it with your PIGGYPASS on the PIGGY terminal in the store.

When buying online
If you wish to redeem a discount online, you will receive a DISCOUNT CODE for the webshop and/or we can prepare your purchase in the webshop.

Save up to 1000 F2 Loyalty Bonus Points
-Extra to your advantage.
If you reach the maximum amount of 1000 Loyalty Bonus Points, you will receive 250 Xtra Loyalty Bonus Points* from Friends II Hold On after redeeming.

-These Xtra Loyalty Bonus Points can only be exchanged if you again reach the maximum number of 1000 Loyalty Bonus Points (750 Loyalty Bonus Points + 250 Xtra Loyalty Bonus Points).
-Xtra Loyalty Bonus Points you will only receive* if all 1000 Bonus Points have been saved up by yourself.

*The Xtra 250 Bonus Points are not issued after redemption, if the 1000 Bonus Points consist of, for example, the 250 Xtra Points, or the Friends 2 Friends option, plus the Bonus Points you have saved.

If a new customer makes a first purchase (online or in store) and mentions your name during the purchase, you will receive 100 Bonus Points on your account.

Online: mention this in the description, when placing the purchase.

Exceptions

-Reservations / Adoption.
Bonus Point expires after 1 month.
Upon adoption, the remaining Bonus Points expire for payments made after 30 days.
