Return conditions
All returns must be notified by the buyer in advance, within 3 days after receipt of the delivery.

After this notification you will receive return instructions from Friends II Hold On. Non-notified returns and in the absence of the return instructions will be refused.

After receiving the return shipment / item you will receive a confirmation about this and if applicable your return shipment will be exchanged in consultation.

If applicable: reservations, offers and / or installment items (adoption) cannot be exchanged and / or returned.

Complaints
If you notice on receipt that the delivered item does not match your order, or is damaged (no transport damage), you should contact us immediately, preferably by using. e-mail.

The customer must report in writing (e-mail) a description of the defects found and, if applicable, add photographs as attachments.
Strictly report within 3 days.

Availability
Refunds only for orders for which items are (not) in stock.

Dimensions and sizes
-All indicated sizes are indicative and all statements approximate.
-Sizes may vary.
-The dimensions stated by us as (preferably) are specified by the manufacturer and / or supplier.
-If roundings indicated by the manufacturer and / or supplier at 0.5 cm.
-All entries, dimensions are subject to change.

Applicable law and competent court
-On all rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these Terms and Conditions apply, as well as to these Terms and Conditions, only Dutch law applies.
- All disputes between parties will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Privacy
The personal data you provide is strictly confidential and will only be used by Friends II Hold On. We will never make the data provided to us (e-mail addresses, telephone numbers and / or further address data) available to third parties.

We use your telephone number (s), for example. if there are questions about your order, payment and / or to consult with you if desired.

We will adjust your data and / or delete your data upon request.
