Shipments within the Netherlands
We send our shipments via POSTNL with Track & Trace as standard.

Insured shipping (on request) possible. This is incl. The options:
- Insured up to the indicated amount (100, 250, 500, above 500 euros).
- Only deliver to recipient
- Signature on delivery

* Insurance under conditions of the carrier (PostNL).
**Mention by comments, when entering your purchases if you please.

COD shipments
COD shipments are not possible.

Order confirmation.
You will receive an automatic order confirmation email with your order number and track & trace code.

This confirmation states which items you have ordered and what the costs are, including shipping costs. This confirmation means that we have received your order.

Shipping outside the Netherlands (in the EU).
When entering your order, the costs will be visible.
Foreign destinations are often insured, depending on the amount insured in the country 100, 200 or 500 euros.

Shipping outside the Netherlands (World shipments).
The standard shipping costs are charged up to a maximum weight of 2 kilograms.
The standard costs (for a max. Of 2 kg.) Become visible when entering your order.

If the weight of 2 kilograms is exceeded, these costs will be charged with the costs per kg applicable to the country.

Foreign destinations are often insured, depending on the amount insured, 200 or 500 euros.

Is your country not included in the overview or are shipping costs not visible?
Let us know via FAQ - Customer service (ticket)and will adjust this for you.

Return shipments.
Only returns are accepted that have been notified in advance (via e-mail) and confirmed by Friends II Hold On (F2HO.com). For more info see our FAQ - Customer service.

Freight costs for return shipments are entirely borne by the buyer.
